APPLICABLE TERMS AND CONDITIONS – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE REACHING OUT TO BOOK A SESSION

1. Individual portrait sessions are estimated at two (2) hours in duration. This timeframe allows for setup, subject preparation, weather-related delays, and other unforeseen circumstances. Actual session length may vary and may conclude earlier or extend beyond the estimated duration as reasonably necessary. No additional fees will be charged for reasonable extensions, and no refunds, credits, or discounts will be provided if the session concludes earlier than the estimated timeframe.
2. Clients booking an individual portrait session will receive a minimum of ten (10) professionally edited digital images. Additional edited images may be provided at the photographer’s sole discretion but are not guaranteed.
3. Group sessions are estimated at four (4) hours in duration. This timeframe allows for setup, subject preparation, participant coordination, weather-related delays, and other unforeseen circumstances. Actual session length may vary and may conclude earlier or extend beyond the estimated duration as reasonably necessary. No additional fees will be charged for reasonable extensions, and no refunds, credits, or discounts will be provided if the session concludes earlier than the estimated timeframe.
4. Clients booking a group session will receive a minimum of twenty-five (25) professionally edited digital images. Additional edited images may be provided at the photographer’s sole discretion but are not guaranteed.
5. A booking deposit of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) is required to reserve a session date and time. The deposit will be applied toward the final balance due.
6. If a session is canceled by the photographer or cannot proceed due to circumstances beyond either party’s reasonable control, the booking deposit will be refunded or applied toward a rescheduled session at the photographer’s discretion.
7. All prices are subject to applicable taxes, including Ohio state sales tax, currently assessed at 5.75%, and any additional local taxes required by law.
8. Except where otherwise required by applicable law, all sales are final. No refunds shall be issued for completed services, delivered images, or client-initiated cancellations.
9. Session time shall commence upon the photographer’s arrival at the agreed-upon location and readiness to begin providing photography services.
10. Hare N Husky Co. and its photographers reserve the right to decline, cancel, discontinue, or refuse any session, project, or service request at any time for any lawful reason, including but not limited to safety concerns, legal restrictions, inappropriate conduct, inaccessible locations, or conditions that would prevent services from being performed professionally.
11. Hare N Husky Co. shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, rescheduling, or inability to perform services due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, acts of God, government actions, venue restrictions, illness, injury, or other unforeseen events.
